Q. When will I receive commissions for the iBoss™ units assigned to my account?

Earned commissions on a unit are paid 30 days after the sales cycle for that unit. Every commission you earn turns into a payout (unit sales, unit subscriptions, etc.). The payouts are then added up into a monthly invoice. The invoice is paid 30 days after the previous payout. Example: March 1, 2006 - March 31, 2006 Will be made into an invoice which will be paid on May 1, 2006.

Q. How long will I receive commissions on subscriptions for my assigned iBoss™ units?
Commission are earned every time the subscription for a unit is billed. Commissions on the subscription will be earned for the lifetime of the unit. When a unit is purchased using your Partner code, the unit is assigned to your Partner account. This means that even if the unit is sold from your client to another party, you will still receive commission on the billed subscription for that unit.

Q. How are units assigned to my account?
When the unit is purchased using your Partner Pre-Order code or Drop Ship Code, the unit's serial number is automatically assigned to your Phantom Partner account. This will allow you to receive commission on the subscription for that unit every time it is billed, even if the ownership of that unit changes.

Q. What do the different Partner levels mean and how do I advance my account to the next Phantom Partner level?
The 4 different Partner levels reflect your sales status as a Phantom Partner. Your status determines the percentage of commission you will receive for each unit that is sold or when a subscription is billed. The higher the level (Bronze->Silver->Gold->Platinum), the more commission you will receive. Level advancement is determined by your total sales production.
